Governor Sisolak signed into law dramatic expansions in voting rights, including a vote by mail law. His opponent, Joe Lombard, has raised questions about the legitimacy of the 2020 elections. If elected, Sisolak's opponent could play a part in overturning the 2024 election.

As Secretary of State, Katie Hobbs stopped efforts to throw out tens of thousands of eligible ballots, defended the integrity of the 2020 election, and was subject to death threats for her work. Her opponent is amplifying falsehoods about the 2020 election.

Governor Evers has stood up consistently for voting rights, particularly when he vetoed bills that would have made it more difficult for people with disabilities and in long-term care to vote. His opponent has raised questions about the validity of the 2020 election.
