The information we collect from you and about you depends on how you use the Website and the information you provide to Champion. We collect information in three main ways: (1) information you choose to provide to us; (2) information we collect automatically when you use the Website; and (3) information we collect from others.
Information You Provide To Us

- With Entities to which you Donate using the Website. We share your information with entities to which you donate using the Website as required by campaign finance laws, rules, and regulations. This information includes your name, mailing address, occupation, employer, donation amount, and date of donation. We also share your information with entities, such as non-profit organizations, to which you donate using the Website that are not subject to campaign finance laws, rules, and regulations.
- With our Affiliated Organizations and with Collaborators. We may share your information amongst ourselves (Champion Strategies LLC, Champion Action Fund, and Champion Education Fund). We may also share your information (except for text messaging opt in data and consent information) with other organizations with whom we may collaborate.
- to comply with legal process;
- to enforce this Policy, including investigation of potential violations thereof;
- to respond to your requests for customer service; and/or

Individuals in the European Economic Area and other jurisdictions have certain legal rights with respect to their information. They can request that we (i) provide access to and/or a copy of certain information that Champion holds about them, (ii) update information that is incorrect, (iii) delete certain information that we hold about them, (iv) restrict the way we process and disclose certain information, and (v) revoke consent for the processing of their information.
